Itzcoatl Calva Djaddah has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Itzcoatl started their career as a Web Services Manager at Cetro Crece, where they oversaw the migration and consolidation of systems onto a unified web platform. Itzcoatl then worked at DGSCA UNAM as an IT Professor and Ebusiness Graduate Diploma Coordinator, where they taught programming languages and created Mexico's first e-business graduate diploma.
Itzcoatl went on to found their own startup, mythaideals.com, which specialized in marketing through coupons. Itzcoatl also worked as a CEO and Founder, proactively generating new leads and conducting project analyses for IT solutions at Simple, an IT solution provider for SMEs and leading corporations.
As the Tech Lead at Playable, a subsidiary of Aksorn Charoen, Itzcoatl played a key role in developing a comprehensive ecosystem for content creation and distribution. Itzcoatl also served as the Chief Information Officer at Andovar, a global localization company, where they connected large enterprise systems and improved operational efficiency through integrations.
Most recently, Itzcoatl is the owner and manager of The Missing Burro, a successful Mexican restaurant in Bangkok. Along with their technical expertise, this role has provided him with valuable insights into managing a business in a foreign country and culture.

Itzcoatl Calva Djaddah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus in Ebusiness from Universidad La Salle, A.C. during the period of 1991-1996. In 2001, they completed a degree in Instructional Design from CICC, specializing in Education Elearning. Itzcoatl also completed a course in Compilers from Stanford University via Coursera in 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Machine Learning from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016 and Compilers from Coursera in 2012.
