Jennifer Ladman Bitterman

Jennifer Ladman Bitterman has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Jennifer currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Andover Properties since July 2023. Jennifer is also a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairperson at Dreamscape Companies since March 2023. Previously, they worked at Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. from October 2011 to August 2022, where they held various executive positions including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Jennifer successfully completed a strategic alternatives plan that resulted in the sale of Cedar at a premium. Prior to that, they worked at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Associate from September 2008 to October 2011, and at Credit Suisse as a Research Associate from February 2007 to August 2008. Jennifer started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Transaction Services Associate from August 2005 to February 2007.

Jennifer Ladman Bitterman attended Marlboro High School from 1997 to 2001. Jennifer then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Accounting at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2001 to 2005.
