Anthony Viljoen

Anthony Viljoen is a seasoned executive in the mining and investment sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Andrada Mining since November 2017, where the focus is on sustainable production of Lithium, Tin, and Tantalum. As a Principal and Director at VM Investment Company (Pty) Ltd since April 2006, Anthony has played a key role in establishing and developing various junior mining companies across Africa, including New Kush Exploration and Mining, Lemur Resources, Greenhills Resources, Bushveld Minerals, Frontier Platinum Resources, and Eagle Uranium. Anthony also served as a Non-Executive Director at Bushveld Minerals from March 2012 to July 2022 and was Chairman of Lemur Resources from January 2011 to November 2017. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Loita Capital Partners, following positions in risk management and investment banking with Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital. Anthony holds a degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
