Jackie McQuiston

Jackie McQuiston has a diverse work experience, spanning from 2010 to the present day. Jackie is currently working at Andreessen Horowitz as a Partner and the Head of Data, Systems & Analytics for their Talent Network. Jackie'sresponsibilities include managing data, running analytics, and translating team and individual results into clear dashboards using tools like Looker. Jackie also has experience in managing Salesforce and presenting data for various internal and external presentations.

Prior to their role at Andreessen Horowitz, Jackie worked at Zodiac Pool Systems as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to senior executives and assisting with meeting and event planning.

Jackie also has experience at Axalta Coating Systems as an Executive Assistant, Analyst & Project Coordinator, where they assisted senior executives and coordinated projects and analyzed operational metrics.

Earlier in their career, Jackie worked at Getting More Inc. as a Financial, Operations & Special Assistant to the President, where they provided executive and personal assistance to the CEO and acted as an office manager, handling HR, accounting, facilities, and IT-related tasks.

Jackie's work experience also includes positions at the Anti-Defamation League, New England Region, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and the Office of Student Leadership and Activities, where they held various administrative and support roles.

Jackie has also interned at Boston Ballet and The Franklin Institute, gaining experience in fundraising, event planning, and sales.

Jackie McQuiston completed their education at Simmons University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts Administration and Finance / Marketing. During their time at Simmons University, Jackie also attended the Simmons School of Management in 2011 and 2012, where they completed two semesters of the MBA program but opted out without obtaining a degree. Prior to their university education, Jackie attended Abington Friends School from 2000 to 2008 and obtained a high school diploma in a college preparatory program.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jackie McQuiston has also obtained certifications in the field of business analysis and administration. They received the Looker Business Analyst certification from Looker in July 2021 and became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in February 2021.
