Jz Young

JZ Young currently serves as a Talent Partner for Bio + Health at Andreessen Horowitz since March 2022, specializing in fostering relationships with leading technologists and scientists dedicated to startups. Previously, JZ held the role of Talent Partner at the same firm from July 2011 to February 2020. JZ's earlier experience includes serving as a University Recruiter at NetApp from 2009 to 2011 and as a Coordinator at eBay in 2008. JZ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in December 2007.
