Nadia Rybalskaya

Nadia Rybalskaya currently serves as a Partner in Investor Relations and Fundraising at Andreessen Horowitz, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Nadia was a Principal at True Search, a leading executive search firm, from July 2021 to September 2023. Nadia's earlier experience includes consulting in management, finance, and marketing at Bailey Brand Management, Inc. and serving as Associate Vice President of Investor Relations at Wasatch Global Investors. At Wasatch, Nadia contributed significantly to fundraising efforts, generating over $1 billion in new assets under management annually and launching multiple new products. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
