Shangda Xu

Shangda Xu is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investing Partner in Growth at Andreessen Horowitz since 2022. Prior to this role, Shangda Xu worked in private equity at Warburg Pincus LLC from 2020 to 2022 and had a brief tenure in restructuring and special situations at PJT Partners in 2019. Additional experience includes positions in corporate strategy and business development at The Walt Disney Company and in strategy at Warner Bros. Entertainment, both in 2018 and 2017 respectively. Shangda Xu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
