Tom Hammer

Tom Hammer is a seasoned HR and talent acquisition leader with extensive experience across various industries. As a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since 2019, Tom serves as a People Practice advisor for portfolio company leaders. Previously, Tom was the Head of People and Talent at Bird, where leadership of a 50-member HR and Talent Acquisition department was undertaken, and significant growth was achieved by scaling HR business partners.
