Christie MacKinnon has over 18 years of work experience in various roles. Christie started their career in 2003 as the Vice President of Operations and Marketing at ZogSports. In this role, they handled all marketing and brand development and supervised a $120K budget. Christie then moved to the role of New York Vice President of Operations where they created a standardized staffing model and training program methodology and materials for 100+ part-time staff. In 2016, Christie became the VP of Operations & Marketing at RecCenter, where they were a founding team member of a dual sided mobile marketplace for recreational sports. Christie was responsible for B2B pipeline, account management, sponsorship, email marketing, market research, user experience, and customer acquisition/retention. In 2018, they became the Director of Operations at Luster, where they restructured the Operations Department to achieve scalability and increased operational capacity by 75%. Christie also implemented an inventory management system, determined software stack, defined roles, standardized hiring process, and built training programs. In 2019, Christie moved to Autzu as the Operations & Growth role, and in 2020, they became the Director Of Operations at TLC Marketing Worldwide. Most recently, Christie is the Director of Marketing at Andrena, a role they have held since 2022.

Christie MacKinnon began their educational journey at Harvard University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from 1996 to 2000. Christie then continued their education at the NYU Stern School of Business, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Change Management from 2008 to 2011. In 2020, they are currently pursuing ICF Accredited Certified Organizational Development Coach and ICF Accredited Certified Life Coach certifications from Symbiosis Coaching. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Lean Professional and Change Management Specialist from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2020.
