Loren Smith

Loren Smith has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in human resources and student assistance. In 2014, Loren joined ANDRES Construction Services as a Human Resources Associate and later became a Human Resources Manager. Currently, Loren holds the position of Director of Human Resources at the company. Prior to this, Loren worked as a Student Assistant at the Texas Tech Office of Annual Giving from 2013 to 2014. Loren also served as a Student Athlete Tutor at the Marsha Sharp Center for Student Athletes from 2012 to 2013.

Loren Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature/Human Resources from Texas Tech University, attending from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, Loren attended Coppell High School from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Loren also obtained a certification as a Certified Tutor from the College Reading and Learning Association in May 2013.
