Michael Demartini

Michael Demartini is a Registered Architect and LEED AP with over 23 years of experience in architecture, having served a diverse range of clients, including residential, municipal, commercial, and military sectors. As Principal Architect at Andrew Goodwin Designs since March 2019 and DeMartini Architecture and Development since November 2018, Michael has managed over 200 projects, overseeing design through construction. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Architect and Project Manager at Ravatt Albrecht & Associates from October 2001 to November 2018 and as Owner and Manager of Beach Butlerz, an event company, from March 2009 to October 2016. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned from 1992 to 1997.
