Brenton Pharis

Brenton Pharis serves as Senior Counsel at Andrews Myers, P.C. since October 2013, with a focus on corporate and securities law, especially in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, and corporate governance. Previous experience includes working as Counsel for Corporate & Securities at LyondellBasell, where Brent managed SEC filings and securities offerings, and as a Corporate Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP, advising companies on a variety of corporate law matters. Brent holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
