Alexis Berthel

Alexis Berthel serves as the Directeur des Ressources Humaines at Groupe Panthera since January 2017, where responsibilities include defining and deploying group HR strategy, managing a team of four HR professionals, overseeing various HR projects, and handling recruitment for 500 employees. Additionally, Alexis holds the position of Vice Président du Conseil de Prud’hommes at the Ministère de la Justice since September 2021, overseeing labor jurisdiction matters in Aix-les-Bains. Involvement with the Association Nationale des DRH includes serving as a member of the national bureau and as Président of ANDRH Savoie Mont-Blanc, facilitating professional HR networking. Prior experience encompasses HR roles at GMF, Synergie France, and DISCOVER GROUP, complemented by extensive education in Human Resources and Executive Strategy from prestigious institutions such as HEC Paris and Ecole nationale de la Magistrature.
