Previously, Thara held similar positions at Collab Infotech and Urbane Systems LLC, specializing in sourcing and recruiting candidates across various technical roles for clients at all levels. With a strong background in handling full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and managing communications with candidates, Thara is proficient in working with different employment types and visa categories.
