Holly Richards

Holly Richards has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2011, they started their career at Amazon as a Corporate Sourcer, where they proactively identified talented candidates. Holly then became a Corporate Recruiter, managing the recruitment process and collaborating with internal stakeholders. At AppNexus, Holly held the positions of Recruiter and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, where they played a crucial role in building and optimizing the company's advertising technology platform. Holly then founded Careering Forward, a career consulting company, providing services such as CV writing and interview coaching. Holly also served as the Head of People at Collectiv Food, responsible for the complete employee lifecycle and implementing a non-hierarchical organizational structure. Currently, Holly is the Founder of Candid Consulting and holds fractional Head of Talent roles at Simple Pharma and Androlabs®. Holly is also a Visiting Fellow at ZINC, providing support to a cohort of talented founders focused on solving environmental challenges. Throughout their career, Holly has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and building collaborative work environments.

Holly Richards pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Southampton from 2005 to 2008. Holly successfully completed their degree with a second-class honors, commonly known as a 2:1.
