Susan Dondero (Knippenberg)

Susan (Knippenberg) Dondero has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Susan (Knippenberg) started their career as an Experienced Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1987 and continued in that role until 1994. From 1995 to 1996, they served as the Manager of Corporate Accounting at ITT Corporation. Susan (Knippenberg) then took on the role of CFO at ITT Dow-Jones Television, WBIS+ from 1996 to 1998. Following this, Susan worked as a Consultant at Jones Apparel Group from 2008 to 2009 and at Avis Budget Group from 2006 to 2008. Susan (Knippenberg) also held the position of VP-Corporate Accounting at Cendant Corporation from 2000 to 2006. Susan joined Bed Bath and Beyond as the Director of Planning in 2000. In their most recent role, they served as the Chief Financial Officer for the USA at ANDROS starting in 2023. From 2009 to 2023, Susan worked at Tata Consumer Products, US Region, where they held various positions including VP, Head of Finance from 2018 to 2023, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2013 to 2018, and Director of Accounting from 2009 to 2013.

Susan (Knippenberg) Dondero attended Lehigh University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting with a minor in German.
