Timothy Swenson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Timothy started their career as a Lead Line Cook at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2005. Timothy then worked their way up to become a Jr. Sous Chef and later a Sous Chef. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Cafe Chef at Bon Appetit. In 2012, they joined Andro's Rostilj as an Executive Chef and later took on the role of Culinary Director. In 2017, they also joined Shorebox as part of the Food Team. Their most recent position is as the Chief Culinary Officer at Andro's Rostilj, which they have held since September 2019.
