Michael Novinski has a long and varied career in the life sciences sectors. michael began their career at Wyeth International in 1990 as an Assistant Vice President of Pharmaceutical Marketing. In 1992, they transitioned to Organon BioSciences USA as Vice President of Marketing, where they launched 8 products in the US and propelled the company from $125 Million to over $1 Billion in seven years. In 1999, they organized and started Organon-Sanofi Synthelabo LLC joint venture in the US, reporting to the joint Board comprised of Chairmen and executives for both Organon and Sanofi-Synthelabo Worldwide. In 2001, they became Executive VP of Operations and Marketing at NV Organon. From 2003 to 2007, they held the position of President/CEO at Emisphere Technologies. In 2011, they founded and acted as Chairman of ABM Life Sciences LLC, providing consulting and advisory services to executives in the life sciences sectors, and developed and owned a proprietary program, Personal Plus TM, to improve productivity licensed within the pharmaceutical industry. Additionally, they were an Advisory Council Member at GLG - Gerson Lehrman Group. Finally, in 2013 they became CEO and Co Founder of Androvia LifeSciences, a specialty biopharmaceutical company focused on proprietary and patented research in male infertility.
Michael Novinski attended St. John Regional Academy before obtaining their BA in Biology from Washington & Jefferson College between 1974 and 1978. michael then pursued graduate study in Microbiology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical School from 1978 to 1979.
