Natalie Huntley

Natalie Huntley-Hyman is a New York City native, who has worked in some of the city’s prominent social service and human services organization. With over 14 years of experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, compliance, and electronic health records systems management, Natalie started at ANDRUS in 2018 as the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance. The hallmark of Natalie’s career has been in quality assurance/improvement and records management with a focus on systems administration, education training of clinical documentation, and compliance based on local, state and federal regulations. Natalie’s has an extensive background is data management, analytics and EHR/EMR system administration. She currently holds a BS in Psychology, a Certificate in Health Counseling and MS in Criminal Justice and Certificate in Forensic Criminology from Iona College. She has also obtained her second masters in Health Informatics, with a concentration on electronic records management from the University of South Florida.
