Naresh Bhatia

Naresh Bhatia is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and digital transformation. Currently serving as Senior Principal Software Engineer at Anduril Industries since November 2024, Naresh is instrumental in developing Lattice OS, an innovative autonomous command and control platform for defense. Prior to this role, Naresh worked as Principal Engineer at Cruise, focusing on driverless car technology, and spent over two decades at Publicis Sapient as VP of Technology, where Naresh led the Experience Engineering practice in the Financial Services sector. Earlier experience includes positions as Director of Engineering at Cayenne Software, Inc. and Founder and CTO at MultiQuest Corporation, where Naresh developed pioneering design tools. Naresh holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University.
