Rosie Hitzeman

Rosie Hitzeman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Anduril Industries since May 2021. Prior to this role, Rosie worked at Blizzard Entertainment for nearly five years as an HR Manager, focusing on talent analysis, leadership development, and advising executives on strategic initiatives. Rosie also held various HR positions, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator and progressing to Director of Human Resources & Training at My Day Counts / Orange County Adult Achievement Center.
