Tremayne Holland has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Tremayne started their career as a Professional Baseball Player for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim from June 2007 to September 2008. Tremayne then worked as a Laborer at Duramatic Products from May 2009 to May 2010, where they performed quality assurance tasks.
From June 2010 to June 2016, Tremayne served in the US Navy as a Naval Aircrewman Avionics/Instructor. In this role, they were responsible for flight evaluations, ensuring personnel remained current with qualifications, and had extensive knowledge of avionics systems and emergency procedures.
In 2018, Tremayne joined the Pat Tillman Veterans Center as an Outreach Team Member. Their responsibilities included processing veteran education benefits, organizing career development events, and supporting fellow veterans transitioning into ASU.
From January 2019 to February 2020, Tremayne worked for ACADEMI (A Constellis Company) as an Arcturus Jump 20 Mechanic/Operator. Tremayne was the Maintenance Lead and ensured the flight worthiness of the Arcturus Jump 20, performing daily maintenance and troubleshooting.
From February 2020 to June 2023, Tremayne was employed at AeroVironment as a Site Lead/Instructor Operator. Tremayne managed the Aerovironment Jump 20 autonomous system during four deployments. Their responsibilities included site operations, flight planning, customer relations, operation coordination, and payload integration.
Currently, Tremayne holds the position of Lead Technical Operations Engineer at Anduril Industries, starting in 2023.
Tremayne Holland has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aeronautical Management Technology (Unmanned Aerial Systems) from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, completing their studies from 2016 to 2018. Their high school education was obtained at Claxton High School, where they received a High School Diploma in General Studies from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Tremayne has obtained various certifications, including the Arcturus MEUAS Jump 20 VTOL Air Vehicle Instructor Operator certification from Arcturus UAV, Inc in 2021, the Arcturus MEUAS Jump 20 VTOL Air Vehicle Operator/Mechanic certification from the same institution in 2019, and the Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate with a sUAS rating from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
