Will Copeland

Will Copeland currently serves as the Director of Engineering for Rocket Motor Systems at Anduril Industries, a position held since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President and Director of Product Design and Development at Adranos, Inc. from June 2022 to July 2023, and a lengthy tenure at Aerojet Rocketdyne where various positions from Senior Manager to Specialist Engineer in Design Engineering were held between March 2011 and June 2022. Will Copeland's career in engineering began at Orbital ATK, starting as an intern and advancing to Design/Development Engineer II from May 2005 to March 2011.
