Gary Brunsman

Gary Brunsman has extensive experience in restaurant technology and customer experience enhancement, currently serving as a Consultant for Andy's Frozen Custard since July 2020, where efforts focus on developing store of the future initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales. Prior roles include Senior Project Leader at Andy's Frozen Custard, Consultant for Kona Ice and Marco's Pizza, and various director positions at Panera Bread, overseeing strategic initiatives, information technology services, and ecommerce consumer services. Additional experience spans leadership roles at P.F. Chang's China Bistro and Papa John's International, alongside early career positions as a firefighter and general manager. Brunsman holds a Bachelor of Science in Police Administration from the University of Louisville and has completed law enforcement training at Eastern Kentucky University.
