Meghan Lane-Fall, MD, MSHP, FCCM has an extensive work experience in the field of healthcare and implementation science. Meghan is currently serving as the Co-Director of AMETHIST@Penn, an NIH-funded implementation science hub aimed at improving maternal health and outcomes. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Executive Director at the Penn Implementation Science Center at LDI and Director of Acute Care Implementation Research at PISCE@LDI, both at the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition, Meghan Lane-Fall has served as the Vice Chair of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Meghan has also held leadership positions at the Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation (APSF) as Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors.

Meghan Lane-Fall has been involved in academic teaching and research at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where they have held multiple roles as an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care, Associate Professor of Epidemiology, and Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care. Meghan Lane-Fall, MD, MSHP, FCCM has an extensive education history. In 2002, they obtained a medical degree (MD) from Yale University. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, where they received a bachelor's degree (AB) in Molecular Biology and Interdisciplinary Studies.

After completing their medical degree, Meghan dedicated their time to furthering their knowledge in the field of health policy research. From 2011 to 2013, they attended the University of Pennsylvania and earned a Master of Science in Health Policy Research (MSHP).
