Susan W.G. Ngula, PCC has a strong background in operations and leadership roles. Susan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Angaza, where they focus on creating technology to enable businesses to offer affordable incremental payment plans for transformative devices. Before this, Susan founded and served as the CEO of Kindle Coaching and Consultancy Ltd. Susan also worked as an Adjunct Executive Coach at Strathmore Business School (SBS). Prior to these roles, Susan held various positions at Tala, Stanbic Bank, Standard Bank South Africa, Stanbic Bank Kenya, and Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA Group), where they gained extensive experience in operations, customer experience, and leadership.
Susan W.G. Ngula, PCC has a diverse education history that spans several institutions. In 1992, they attended the University of Nairobi, where they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Marketing in 1996. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in International Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management at the United States International University - Africa. In 2017, Susan enrolled in the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Strathmore Business School (SBS).
In addition to their formal education, Susan has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. These include "Coaching for Results," "How to Be a Good Mentee and Mentor," "Data Ethics: Managing Your Private Customer Data," and "Creating a Culture of Privacy." Their certifications also extend to areas such as establishing evening routines, building accountability into culture, and behavioral science insights.
Susan has further enhanced their coaching abilities by obtaining the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation. Susan is an active member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and the International Coaching Federation, as indicated by their respective badges.
