Juan Carlos Sánchez Herrera has extensive experience in marketing and communication. Juan Carlos started their career as the Director of Marketing for Horno Santa Eulalia, where they were responsible for the communication and marketing strategies for the company's stores. Juan Carlos also played a key role in the expansion of the franchise model.

Juan Carlos then moved on to work at DIALCO as the Director of Marketing, where they created and developed marketing and advertising plans for Cobreros and Punto Cercano supermarkets. Juan Carlos also designed promotional campaigns and contributed to the company's 50th-anniversary events.

After that, they joined Ahold supermercados as the Director of Marketing, where they oversaw marketing and advertising strategies for over 350 supermarkets and 15 hypermarkets. Juan Carlos led the integration process of more than 200 supermarkets, unifying their corporate image and advertising communication under Ahold. Juan Carlos also participated in the company's repositioning efforts.

Juan Carlos continued their career at Grupo Dinosol, first as the Director of Marketing for superSol supermarkets, where they managed the integration of more than 10 supermarket chains purchased by Ahold. Juan Carlos also redesigned the corporate identity of superSol supermarkets and was responsible for the marketing and advertising plan for over 250 supermarkets and 12 hypermarkets. Juan Carlos later became the Director of National Advertising for the entire group, overseeing the advertising management of all four enseñas (superSol, HiperDino, HiperDino Express, and CashDiplo) and achieving cost savings while maintaining advertising pressure.

Juan Carlos's most recent role was as the Director of Global Marketing and Communication for ANGEL CAMACHO ALIMENTACION. In this position, they were responsible for the strategic direction and planning of all marketing activities for the company. Angel Camacho is a family company with a century-old tradition that produces and distributes olives, olive oil, pickles, jams, and teas under various brands.

Throughout their career, Juan Carlos has demonstrated their expertise in marketing strategy, brand integration, advertising management, and corporate repositioning. Juan Carlos has successfully led marketing initiatives for multiple companies in the food retail industry.

Juan Carlos Sánchez Herrera has a diverse education history. In 1987, they enrolled at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and pursued a degree in "Licenciado en Ciencias de la Información" with a focus on "Marketing y RR.PP." Juan Carlos completed their studies in 1992. Later, in 2007, Juan Carlos attended the ESIC Business & Marketing School where they pursued an Executive MBA degree in Marketing, which they completed in 2008.
