Christine (Dupnik) Aguilera

Christine (Dupnik) Aguilera has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christine currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer & President at Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance Services, where they are responsible for all finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and treasury functions. Prior to this, Christine held the position of Board Member at Belardi Wong, a marketing agency specializing in strategies for emerging brands. Christine also served as the Chief Corporate Development and Legal Officer at Arrivia - International Cruise & Excursions, Inc., where they worked strategically with business partners to provide travel-based incentive and loyalty programs.

Christine's previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE), where they led efforts to secure a successful private equity investment and drove profitability initiatives resulting in a 32% EBITDA CAGR. Christine also served on the Board of Trustees, including Chairperson, at MarketingEDGE.org, a national nonprofit focused on marketing leadership development.

In their earlier career, Christine held various roles as an attorney, including at Squire Patton Boggs, Osborn Maledon, P.A., and Quarles & Brady LLP. Christine began their professional journey as a CPA at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Overall, Christine brings a wealth of experience in finance, marketing, legal, and leadership roles.

Christine (Dupnik) Aguilera received their Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from New Mexico State University, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree at The University of Texas at Austin, attending from 1989 to 1992.

In terms of certifications, Christine obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the State Board of Accountancy TX in 1988. Christine maintained this certification until 1993 when they transferred it to the State Board of Accountancy AZ, where they held it until 2007. Additionally, Christine became an Attorney after being admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in October 1992.
