David Foote

David Foote is a highly experienced leader in the beef industry, currently serving as Director and Chair of the Board of Directors at Cattle Australia since December 2022 and as Director and Board Chairman at Angel Seafood Holdings Ltd since July 2022. David holds several significant positions including Deputy Chair of the Investment Committee at Laguna Bay, Shareholder Board member at Inventia Genetic Technologies Pty, and Non-Executive Director at Craig Mostyn Group. David has been an active member of various working groups within the Australian Meat Industry Council and the Indonesia Australia Red Meat & Cattle Partnership. As Advisory Board Chair and Group Managing Director at Australian Country Choice, David oversees a major vertically integrated beef operation with substantial landholdings and cattle management. David's previous experience also includes serving as Taskforce Chairman for Meat & Livestock Australia and Committee Chair at Workplace Health and Safety Queensland. David's educational background includes attendance at Daws Road High School from 1969 to 1973.
