Xinran Xiao

Xinran Xiao serves as the CTO at AngelList since September 2016, focusing on building the foundation for the next generation of venture capital. Prior to this role, Xinran was a Senior Software Engineer for VC Products at BrightRoll, which was acquired by Yahoo, from 2014 to 2016, and previously worked as a Software Engineer at HubSpot, contributing to the infrastructure for email products from 2013 to 2014. Early in the career, Xinran co-founded a startup from 2012 to 2013. Xinran holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College.
