Michaël Lang

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on blockchain and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovation projects by mentoring technical staff. As the owner and founder of managination, established in July 2005, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha also contributed as a board member and CTO for Share&Charge and was involved with the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io as an advisor. Micha's technical expertise is complemented by educational qualifications from the University of Lausanne, MIT, and project management certification from PMI.
