Theresa Healey

Theresa Healey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Theresa started their career in 1988 as a Technical Support Representative at The Small Computer Company, where they provided support for end users of FilePro16+ database software and developed customized programs.

In 1989, they joined Namic Corporation and held various roles, including Computer Operator, Operations/Software Specialist, and Database Administrator. Theresa was responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the corporate VAX cluster, implemented and maintained new corporate software packages and computer systems, and designed and developed an in-house Barcode system.

In 2000, Theresa joined Boston Scientific as a Senior Business Process Analyst, where they supported the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of process and system issues. Theresa also played a key role in identifying areas for process improvement and establishing efficient business practices.

From 2007 to 2012, Theresa worked at Navilyst Medical as an Oracle Systems Administrator and Business Analyst. Theresa was responsible for planning, configuring, testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and managing the Oracle Business Suite of applications and Agile PLM systems. Theresa also led major Oracle and ancillary application implementations and modifications.

Since 2012, Theresa has been working at AngioDynamics as a Business Analyst and Systems Strategist. Their role involves ensuring that IT systems meet business needs, finding technology efficiencies, and implementing systems and managing projects with functional leads.
