David Hicks

David Hicks serves as the Rector at Saint Peter’s Anglican Church since August 2019 and has held the position of Bishop Ordinary within the Anglican Church in North America since July 2005. Previously, David was the President of the Theological Seminary of the Reformed Episcopal Church from September 2006 to June 2019 and the Rector at Saint Paul’s Reformed Episcopal Church from August 1995 to July 2005. David's early career included a role as Legislative Aide for the New Jersey General Assembly from May 1985 to July 1995. Academically, David earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Hermeneutics from Westminster Theological Seminary, a Master of Sacred Theology in New Testament from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, a Master of Arts in Religion in Biblical Studies from Westminster Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Valley Forge.
