Tan Sharma is currently the Head of Data and Value Enablement for Marketing & Trading at Anglo American. Prior to this role, Tan held the position of Chief Data Officer at Royal Dutch Shell and has extensive experience in data management, advanced analytics, big data, and artificial intelligence. Tan has also worked in various companies such as PwC UK, PA Consulting Group, IBM Global Business Services, and London Boroughs in IT and data-related roles. Tan holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Northumbria University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Assumption University.
