Monique Carter

Monique Carter is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent companies. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Anglo American, Monique has previously held significant positions at Novo Nordisk, including EVP of People & Organisation and Global SVP of People and Organisation. Additional experience includes roles as Group HR Director and SVP HR at GKN plc, and various HR leadership positions at AkzoNobel and ICI. Monique holds a degree in Business & Psychology from a university attended between 1993 and 1995.
