Tom Winters

Tom Winters, CEO of ADFIL since July 2019, specializes in innovative solutions for reinforced concrete, integrating high-performing macro and micro fibers to enhance durability while reducing costs and CO2 emissions. Previously, Tom held various leadership roles at Low & Bonar, including Global Business Leader for ADFIL Construction Fibres, where responsibilities encompassed the development of sustainable growth strategies and P&L oversight. Prior experience includes strategic market development at Rogers Corporation and Novopolymers, alongside significant roles at Mondi Belcoat and Dickson Constant focusing on business and product development in technical coatings and textiles. Tom holds a Master's Degree in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
