Concious Mahlaule is a seasoned professional in remuneration and benefits management, currently serving as Senior Manager: Benefits at AngloGold Ashanti since December 2011. With a comprehensive background that includes roles as a Remuneration and Benefits Analyst, Concious has expertise in developing integrated benefit solutions, managing budgets, conducting share audits, and overseeing various incentive schemes. Prior experience includes managing the Black Share Scheme and training logistics at AVI - HRSS. Concious holds a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certification from the South African Reward Association and a Bachelor of Accounting Science from UNISA, complemented by a National Diploma in Accounting from Technikon Witwatersrand.
