Greg Henshall

Greg Henshall is a seasoned professional in the mining sector with extensive experience in engineering, procurement, and asset management. Currently serving as the Group Senior Manager for Mobile Assets at AngloGold Ashanti since January 2018, Greg is responsible for designing and governing standards for mobile asset and safety performance. Previous roles at AngloGold Ashanti include Chief Engineer for Africa and Senior Advisor for Mining Equipment, where Greg drove results and led business improvement projects. At Royal HaskoningDHV, Greg held the position of Director Mining Africa, managing project performance and ensuring client satisfaction. Earlier experience also includes leadership roles at The De Beers Group, where Greg managed load and haul operations and processing teams. Greg holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
