Natasja Müller has extensive work experience at AngloGold Ashanti. Natasja started in 2004 as a Senior Training and Development Officer at AngloGold Ashanti Health. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Training and Development Officer at AngloGold Ashanti. In 2009, they became a Training and Development Manager, managing the Talent & Non-Technical division for the SA Region until 2016. From 2017 onwards, they took on the role of Organisational Development and Change Manager for the SA Region. In 2018, they became the Global Training and Development Manager, and in 2019, they were promoted to Senior Global Talent, Learning and Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Talent at AngloGold Ashanti, where they are responsible for strategic planning, learning and development frameworks, and providing support to executives, senior management, and HR business partners.
Natasja MÜLLER completed their education as follows:
- From 2017 to 2019, they pursued an Executive MBA in Systemic Management Practice at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town.
- In 2012 and 2013, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice, also in Systemic Management Practice, from the same institution.
- In 2008, they completed their undergraduate studies, obtaining a B Com degree in HRM from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
