Barb Walczak

Barb Walczak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Barb began their career at Wegmans Food Markets in 1984, where they worked as an Accounting Office Manager/Internal Audit Representative. In this role, they were responsible for tracking sales, calculating payroll, and managing large amounts of cash.

In 2001, Barb moved to Flaherty Funding Corporation as a Compliance and Administration Manager. Barb supervised accounting processes, ensured compliance with regulatory agencies, and acted as a Human Resource liaison.

In 2007, they joined The Flanders Group as the Director of Business Development.
