Emma W. possesses extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People Business Partnering PPG UK at Animal Friends since January 2019. Emma has held various leadership roles at Animal Friends, including Head of People, Head of People Transformation, and People Business Partner. Prior to this, Emma worked at Kwik-Fit (GB) Ltd from May 2011 to December 2018, taking on positions such as Talent Acquisition Partner (Projects) and HR Business Partner. Emma’s career in HR began at the National Trust, where responsibilities spanned multiple roles from HR Advisor to Recruitment and Payroll Administrator between February 2005 and 2011. Emma is an alumnus of New College.
