Lauren Skinner Ba

Lauren Skinner BA(Hons) is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at Animal Friends since July 2019. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Customer and Employee Engagement Manager at Serco from August 2012 to May 2017, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of the Employee Engagement Programme and Contract Communications Plan for approximately 700 staff members. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Winchester between 2004 and 2007.
