Justin Wing has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin is currently the Founder & CEO of BEY3ND, where they focus on creating immersive projects for the metaverse. Justin also serves as a Project Manager at Animoca Brands, where they are responsible for digital LAND ownership and community management within the metaverse. In addition, Justin is a Project Advisor at HEROBOTS: Omens Of Hero, providing guidance and expertise.

Prior to their work in the metaverse, Justin worked as an Investor at Travelmate Robotics. Justin has also held roles at Washington State Department of Licensing, where they served as an Office Supervisor, and at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they worked as a Sales Floor Supervisor, Service Manager, and Department Manager. Justin'sexperience in these positions involved overseeing operations, managing teams, and achieving sales goals.

Before joining Lowe's, Justin gained valuable experience at Heartland Automotive Services, Inc., where they worked as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Customer Service Advisor. In these roles, they demonstrated exceptional sales skills, inventory management, and team leadership. Justin was also recognized for their top sales performance in the Western Washington division.

In 2022, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Animoca Brands.
