Adam R. Malson currently serves as the Director of Supported Employment at Haymarket Center and as the Director of Employment and Community Initiatives at Anixter Center. Previously, Malson was a Team Leader at Thresholds and held the position of Manager, Accreditation and Compliance at Kennedy-King College. With extensive experience in employment services, Malson has implemented the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model for young adults with disabilities and collaborated with high school special education programs. Earlier roles include various positions at NorthPointe Resources, Inc., and Career Education Corporation, where Malson facilitated accreditation for new career programs and managed significant career services operations. Malson earned a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Counseling from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Music from the same institution.
