Damon Anderson

Damon Anderson is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as Senior Director of Information Technology at Wesco since June 2020. With a tenure at Anixter beginning in September 1997, Damon has held various roles including IT Director, Manager of Data Services, and Senior Technical Database Administrator, primarily responsible for IMS and Db2 database support on z/OS, and managing database migrations and maintenance across multiple subsystems. Prior to Anixter, Damon worked as a Database Administrator at Cooper Lighting from December 1991 to September 1997, where responsibilities included making physical changes to full function databases. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 1987.
