Baran Başok

Baran Başok is a Senior Legal Counsel at Azerion since October 2019, previously holding the position of M&A Legal Counsel. Additionally, Baran serves as an Attorney at Law with the Ankara Bar Association since October 2013. Baran's prior experience includes working as an Attorney at Law at EY from March 2015 to October 2019 and at Akkaya Avukatlık Bürosu from September 2012 to July 2014, where Baran also completed a legal internship. Baran holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Law (Tax Law) from Ankara University, expected in 2023, and has earned a Master of Laws from the same institution and a Master's Degree in International Tax Law from Utrecht University. Baran completed a Bachelor of Laws at Ankara University and graduated from Kayseri Nuh Mehmet Küçükçalık Anadolu Lisesi in 2008.
