David Kelley

David Kelley, AIA, serves as Co-Director of Housing and Executive Vice President of the Seattle office at Ankrom Moisan since July 2008, where responsibilities include representing the Seattle office on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, providing leadership and mentorship to managing principals, and fostering a collaborative culture within the firm. With previous experience as Managing Principal and Vice President focused on affordable housing, hospitality, and mixed-use multi-family projects, David's career began as a Project Architect at Arca Architecture from January 2005 to July 2008. David holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Art in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, having completed studies between 1991 and 1998.
