Jeana Cleaver

Jeana Cleaver, M.Ed., serves as a Senior Specialist at AnLar since January 2021, where responsibilities include building and leading a Data Systems & Support training team and developing standardized processes for training delivery across data system projects. Previous roles include Research Analyst at AnLar, where collaborative efforts focused on professional learning plans and customized training material creation, and Educator at Waco ISD, where curriculum implementation and student needs assessment were paramount. Jeana also has extensive experience in instructional coaching, college access coordination, and teaching across various educational institutions, with expertise in data analysis, training development, and individualized instruction. Jeana holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Sam Houston State University.
