Scott McPhail

Scott McPhail is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and project coordination. Currently serving as the IT Helpdesk & Projects Coordinator at ANM Group since January 2022, Scott has previously worked in various roles, including Service Desk Response at Global Energy Group and Desktop Support Engineer at Skibo Technologies, where responsibilities included hardware configuration, deployment, and support, as well as mobile device management. Scott's career also includes positions at AMEC where expertise was developed in server configuration, Cisco LAN equipment deployment, and service desk operations. Scott holds an HNC in Computing from North East Scotland College.
