Andrey Pachay

Andrey Pachay has a varied work experience in the technology industry. Andrey started their career in 2006 at ARMADA as a Developer and eventually became a Systems Analyst and then a Technical Manager. In 2011, they joined Ailove as a CTO, where they led a team of 10 developers and QA specialists. Andrey worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Andrey worked at Octoberry as a CIO, where they were responsible for building an engineering culture based on agile approaches. In 2015, Andrey founded Magneta AI and served as the CTO and Founder until 2017. Most recently, they have been working at ANNA Money as a CTO since 2017.

Andrey Pachay received their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Electronics from Tolyatti State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their degree, Andrey has obtained certifications such as the PMI PMBOK Guide 4th Edition from PM Expert in April 2011, and a certification in Requirement management from ТЕКАМА in September 2009.
